The Wellbeing Team's commitment is in placing more attention on Preventative Measures which lead to a favourable improvement in the mental health and wellbeing of all individuals. Through the comprehensive, motivational work we do, we have seen the powerful results this brings in Decreasing the Costs of Absenteeism/Presenteeism and sickness, and Increasing Organisational Performance, Productivity, Engagement, Commitment, and General Wellbeing. It is because of this, that the team is eager to share these experiences with other Educational Organisations who are interested in prioritising early interventions and preventions of mental health problems, and empowering through wellbeing.
